Mr. Wagner has more than 26 years securities industry experience. His current duties focus on evaluating potential investments (equity, fixed income and alternatives), asset allocation, risk management, lending and integrating investments into estate plans for private clients and family offices. He founded and ran for fifteen years the Option Sales and Trading Department at Hambrecht & Quist. Following his tenure at H&Q, he was a Portfolio Manager/Analyst at a $240 million hedge fund. Mr. Wagner is a former member of the Ethics & Business Conduct Committee at the Pacific Stock Exchange and is currently on the Advisory Board for the College of Business at San Francisco State University. He holds a B.S. in Business Management from San Francisco State University and completed additional coursework in Complex Derivatives (New York Institute of Finance).
Cynthia Harrington

Ms. Harrington is an executive coach with thirty years of experience in asset management counsel. She helps professional investors to understand and manage their cognitive and affect biases that limit their investment performance. Her previous firm, Harrington Capital Management followed a large cap value style, using a market behavioral model for timing of purchase and sales. Previously, she worked at Bear Stearns and Piper Jaffray. Ms. Harrington is an award winning journalist. Over four hundred of her articles appear in a variety of investment publications such as CFA Magazine, Fraud Magazine, Financial Engineering news and others. She is co-author of the CFA Program textbook Corporate Finance, and lead author of the self study course “Financial Statement Fraud” for the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
Ms. Harrington holds the designation of CFA and was a Certified Fraud Examiner through 2008.

Stephen H. Dover, CFA, is managing director, international chief investment officer for Franklin's Local Asset Management groups. He is responsible for overseeing the investment functions of the locally managed and distributed products in South Korea, Brazil, China, India, Vietnam and UAE. He also oversees the Franklin branded Asian equity growth products and World Perspectives Fund.
In his capacity of overseeing the investment areas of local asset management companies, Mr. Dover has managed investment groups in South Korea, China, Taiwan, Japan, France, Italy, Hong Kong, Singapore, India, South Africa and Brazil.
Prior to serving in his current role, Mr. Dover was a founder and chief investment officer of Bradesco Templeton Asset Management (BTAM), a joint venture with Brazil's largest private bank, in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Under Mr. Dover's direction, BTAM became the largest joint-venture asset management company in Brazil. Mr. Dover also served on the Board of Directors of several publicly traded Brazilian companies.
Mr. Dover is a member of the Board of Directors of the Bootstrap Fund, a nonprofit development bank focusing on microcredit. Mr. Dover is also on the Board of Trustees of Lewis and Clark College and Law School.
Mr. Dover earned a B.A., with honors, in communications and business administration from Lewis and Clark College and a M.B.A in finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder, as well as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). Mr. Dover has lived in China, Costa Rica, England, Brazil and the United States.
Robert J. Haber

Mr. Haber serves as the Vice Chairman of Asia ex-Japan. In his role as Vice Chairman, he advises on strategic direction for the region, supports Asia Ex-Japan and Japan’s interactions with BGI San Francisco and represents senior management with the region’s regulators, exchanges and key clients. Formerly, Mr. Haber served as Regional CEO of Asia ex-Japan, managing the day to day operation of BGI’s business in Asia outside of Japan. Previously, at BGI, he has served as Head of Portfolio Administration, Head of Transitions, Head of Corporate Governance and Head of Global Sales and Service prior to his role as the CEO in Asia. Mr. Haber joined Wells Fargo Bank’s consumer credit division in 1978 before moving to BGI. He received a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Southern California. Mr. Haber is also as a Director on the Board of the Pacific Pension Institute, serving on the program committee. Previously, he also served as an outside Director of the Diablo Youth Rugby Football Club.
Peter Morrissey

Mr. Morrissey has worked for WR Hambrecht + Co since August 2003 in both investment banking and venture capital roles. Previously, he worked as an investment banker for Credit Suisse First Boston, Equico, and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. He has worked in asset management as a portfolio manager for Angelo Gordon & Co and is a CFA charterholder. Mr. Morrissey worked in research for the Federal Reserve Board of Governors. He received his JD/MA (Economics) from the University of Southern California and his BA from Pomona College.
Bernard Lapointe

Mr. Lapointe has more than 15 years of experience in global financial markets. He spent ten years with Société d’Analyses Economiques et Financières, a France-based investment advisor, acting as global equities portfolio manager and Co-Chief of strategy. Prior to Société d’Analyses Economiques et Financières he worked for Bank of America (New York) as an Asian equity trader and for Optimum Gestion (Montréal) as an international equities portfolio manager. He has managed portfolios and has traded in equities, currencies and commodities on the world’s major exchanges since 1994. Mr. Lapointe holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of British Columbia. He speaks French and Mandarin.
Troy Ludgood

Mr. Ludgood began his investment career in 2000 and is a senior portfolio manager on the Montgomery Fixed Income team at Wells Capital Management. Previously, he was a trader at Lehman Brothers, responsible for corporate, emerging markets, and non-dollar sovereign bonds. Before transitioning to the investment industry, Mr. Ludgood worked as an industrial engineer at Ahold and May Department Stores. He earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Georgia Tech and earned his master’s degree in business administration from Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
David Turnbough

Mr. Turnbough has spent 40 years as a professional investor and a strategist/spokesman for several large investment firms. In 2009, he founded Thinking Investor Institute, which provides intense educational seminars for financial advisers, as well as investment management sales and marketing executives who serve these advisers.
Mr. Turnbough has served as a senior portfolio manager and investment strategist at AllianceBernstein Investments. He also was a spokesman for AllianceBernstein overseas, representing the company in many foreign countries, from Singapore to Sweden. Prior to joining AllianceBernstein, he had served as a senior investment strategist for Phoenix Duff & Phelps and a senior portfolio manager for Govett Asset Management. Since 1993, Mr. Turnbough has been counseling on investing outside the USA. From 1998, he has spent over 30 weeks each year visiting international markets, researching local opportunities and lecturing global investors. Mr. Turnbough is a CFA charterholder. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University.
Ted Janus

Ted Janus has more than 15 years of experience as an investment professional. Currently, Mr. Janus invests in public and private equity opportunities in both the financial services and consumer sectors. Most recently he was a partner at Palo Alto Investors, a $1.7 billion hedge fund, where he managed the small cap fund. Mr. Janus was also the Director of Research, responsible for the hiring and development of the analyst team. Prior to joining Palo Alto Investors, he was Vice President in Bank of America’s Wealth Management division. Mr. Janus has a BA in Political Science and a MBA, both from the University of California, Berkeley. He also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He is a regular lecturer at universities across the country regarding investing, the investment industry, and how to prepare for a career in financial services. He has been a guest lecturer at the University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business; Harvard Business School; Stanford University, Graduate School of Business; the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business; and University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business.
Carter W. Dunlap Jr.

Mr. Dunlap formed the predecessor of Dunlap Equity Management, LLC in 1990 and Dunlap Capital Partners, L.P. in 1995. He has over 25 years of public and private market experience as both a portfolio manager and a securities analyst. In 1987 and 1988, he was a portfolio manager with Soros Fund Management, managing the Quantum Fund, then a $2.4 billion global hedge fund. Mr. Dunlap was a portfolio manager and vice-president at G.T. Capital Management, a $6 billion San Francisco based global investment adviser, from 1984 to 1987. From 1982 to 1984, Mr. Dunlap was a Securities analyst specializing in the computer software industry for Robertson, Stephens & Company, a San Francisco based investment bank. From 1978 to 1980, He was a Securities analyst at Trust Company of the West, an investment advisory firm.
Mr. Dunlap obtained his M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School in 1982 and a B.A. degree in economics and finance from University of Southern California in 1978. He is a member of the Security Analysts of San Francisco. From 2002 until 2008 he was a director of the Pimco Strategic Global Government Fund, a NYSE closed end bond fund.
Khadir N. Richie

Mr. Richie is a Vice President in RBC’s Technology Investment Banking Group. In this role, he advises technology companies worldwide on a variety of corporate finance transactions. Previously, he completed mergers and acquisitions transactions with SVB Alliant, the investment banking arm of Silicon Valley Bank. Prior to SVB, he provided wireless strategy solutions for commercial and federal government clients at Booz Allen Hamilton. Mr. Richie began his career at Ernst & Young, LLP as a Senior Consultant with the firm’s Enterprise Software Integration team. Mr. Richie received his M.B.A. in Private Equity Finance from the Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania and his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Richie currently serves on The Wharton Global Alumni Association Board of Directors.
